SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 per order for postage within Australia.

All items are posted via Australia Post Express (unless otherwise specified). A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your order once it is received by Australia Post. Please track your order here: www.auspost.com.au

Please note, Express Post is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, and we cannot guarantee your order will arrive at the expected time.

During peak periods or due to unforeseen events, Australia Post may experience delivery delays.

All orders are posted from Perth, Western Australia.

We would love for you to have your items as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to post your order either the same or the next business day; however, please allow up to 7 business days to handle and process your order.

Provision of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item we are not able to supply.

RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange (exclusions apply – see below).

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item/s.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with original tags attached to be eligible for return.
  • Sets are considered to be one item and all pieces are to be returned.

PLEASE NOTE:

No exchanges or returns are offered on:

  • Sale items.
  • Bath, body or skincare products.
  • Perfume, essential oils or aromatherapy products (except diffusers if faulty). 
  • Bedding, quilts or throws.

Please email us at info@eversage.com.au or contact us via the contact page for a returns form. Ever Sage does not cover the cost of postage for the returned item/s. 

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
